CLOUD 9 BOOKING POLICY (& STUDIO RULES)-

 

We want to make sure you have an incredible experience at Cloud 9, and in doing so you can expect professional service, timely communication, and a respectful, welcoming environment. We ask that you do the same and treat our staff, our facility, and our neighbors with respect. There are a few house rules we do keep and ensure strict adherence to, to ensure we can continue running Cloud 9 without issue:

STUDIO / HOUSE RULES:

 

1. Respect our staff, equipment, and neighbors. Our golden rule, and it shouldn't come as a surprise :) There are other tenants in the Victorian Building, and they'll treat you with respect. We simply ask that you reciprocate and treat everyone in the building with kindness.

2. Keep noise outside the studio to a minimum. This is again to not disrupt our neighbors. This includes both the inside of the Victorian Building, as well as the parking lot area.

3. No Tobacco or Hard Drugs. If you wish to consume alcohol, vape, or smoke weed at Cloud 9, it must be approved by our staff ahead of time. This is only approved on a case-by-case basis. Smoking tobacco, vaping, and/or weed is generally ok outside the building (in the back parking lot or in front near Sherman Way), with a minimum of 50 feet distance from the building and away from other tenants/neighbors.

4. Food/Drinks. All food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed and welcome. Just be sure to clean up your mess after consuming anything (in the provided trash cans/recycle bins). We are happy to provide complimentary/free water, coffee, tea, and light snacks in our refreshments area. For a more gourmet selection, we are happy to provide that at additional charge (please select this upon checkout).

5. Other Issues. If for any reason at all you're not having a great experience with us, please don't hesitate to let us know!

CANCELLATION POLICY--We value your time as well as ours, and to protect us from last-minute cancellations we require full payment of your session up front. This payment is fully refundable until within 24 hours of a session's start time.  Once within the window of 24 hours of a session's start time, your payment is non-refundable (we may be able to reschedule, but only on a case-by-case basis).  To reschedule or cancel a session without penalty, do so at least 24 hours in advance of your rescheduled booking, either via (a) the website (link in your confirmation email) or (b) notify us via call/text us at 8082263898, or. So there...you don't like cancellations, we don't like cancellations, let's not plan on any unless absolutely necessary. Thank you for understanding!
